WHICH PHASE IS FOR ME?
If you are looking for long-term sustainable weight loss
start out on the TRIM phase. The TRIM phase provides the most
effective long-term results. The TRIM phase may be best for you if
you are looking for more flexibility in terms of daily food
If you like exercise and are looking to lose a larger amount of
weight in a short period of time, or your weight has slowed down on
the regular Celebrity Slim TRIM phase, we would recommend following
the Celebrity Slim RAPID phase. This can help you kick start your
weight loss and motivate you ready for following the other phases.
We would recommend you follow this phase for 1 to 2 weeks maximum
before moving on to the TRIM phase. Because of the food
restrictions on the RAPID phase, we only recommend staying on it
for short periods of 1 to 2 weeks. As moderate exercise is
recommended daily a minimum of 2 litres of water must also be
consumed per day.
The MAINTAIN phase is designed to help you maintain your
weight loss once you have reached your goal. During the MAINTAIN
phase you will only have 1 meal replacement, from our range, along
with 2 balanced meals and up to three healthy snacks.
