The Celebrity Slim Programme is designed to help you reach your target weight. Once you're there, we'll show you how to eat to maintain your new shape and stay feeling your best.
There are 3 phases to choose from, each of which are designed to achieve a specific goal.
WHICH PHASE IS FOR ME?
The TRIM Phase is at the heart of the programme and is designed to deliver long term sustainable results*. This is the classic phase where you replace 2 meals each day and combine this with a balanced meal and up to 3 snacks. This easy to follow Phase allows you to eat regularly and is flexible enough to fit in with your work and homelife.
If you want to kick start your diet, or if you want to mix things up if your weight loss has plateaued, then the ACTIVE PHASE is a great choice. This short phase combines 3 ACTIVE Shakes each day with a balanced meal and most importantly 20 - 30 minutes moderate daily exercise. As moderate exercise is recommended daily on this phase, a minimum of 2 litres of water must be consumed each day.
The MAINTAIN phase is designed to help you maintain your weight loss once you have reached your goal. During the MAINTAIN Phase you will only have 1 meal replacement, from our range, along with 2 balanced meals and up to three healthy snacks.
