Hi all,

My little girl is now coming up to 9weeks old on Sunday 15th May and I've yet to start any diets including CS and any exercise routines. I've had my 8week check up and docs didnt say anything. Waste of time they were...but thats another story.

So, I cant wait to get my wobbly belly a little toned as i still look pregnant... Frown I've always been a size 14 and having to look for size 16-18 due to the fat and wearing loose fiting clothing so it doesn't irritate my scar is really getting me down.

HELP!!

I should hopefully be starting my CS diet as of monday so hopefully that should help towards it. But you need to exercise too but nothing strenous and i dont want to start something and end up hurting myself as healing process can be 6-12months.

any sugguestions or anyone been/going through same problem?

thanks Dee xSmile

hiya dee,

I had my second baby 4 weeks ago and both my gorgeous boys were born by c section (all the best babies are!!)  and so i totally understand where your coming from. Its really hard knowing what you can do but you can prob do more than you realise. power walking is by far the best thing to kick start post c section excersise! if you have an ipod get that on the go an get walking as fast as you can and really pump those arms! you can also go swimming and start jogging 6 weeks after a csection altho i know swimming can be a hard one when it comes to body confidence but ive done aqua aerobics before an that was fab!!

did you get a leaflet on the physio excersises to do from the hospital? i did those excersises religiously after my first baby an they really helped so am trying to do the same now.

anyone that ever says c sections are the easy option is obviously nuts because the road back to fitness is really hard but i promise it wont be long before you'll feel that you can really push yourself without worrying your tummy may explode! i was back doing all my aerobics classes by about 15 weeks last time.

really hope this helps!! good luck sweetie from georgina.xxx
