I am currently on my third day of the Celebrity Slim program, and I am really enjoying it and feel much healthier already! I am planning to lose around 18 pounds so it is important to not flop in the first few weeks or else it will demotivate me! It is my birthday on Monday and I am planning on going out for a carvery, is this a good/bad idea? What foods would I not be able to eat? Obviously not potatoes! But not sure if this would affect my success and weight loss?
Please help!
Yeh a carvery is fine, just no potatoes, yorkshire puds or parsnips and peas!
