im 16 years old and i weigh 17 stone, luckly im quite tall and i am a size 18 in clothes, its not that i eat alot its the wrong things i eat, i am starting my diet today 14th august 2011 and i am just worried if it would work? when i was 15 i done slimfast for 3 weeks and i was very ill always lifeless and had no energy. i have brought the starter pack for the moment but i need some help...1. how do you make the shakes?2. how many cals shall i have in my dinner?3. would a apple and 2 teaspoons of light yogort be okay for my snacks?please help me!Rebecca.
Hello!! :) I am 19 and just started on Friday!I have lost 3kg already :) so it does work :)the shakes are easy to make- in your starter pack you should have gotten a shaker. Pour 200-250 ml of water into the shaker add the contents of the shake packet into the shaker and then SHAKE! :) I use this as a bit of an arm work out lol :)
I am not too sure about the cals, but I have been making the recipies on this site for diner so I know Im not going over ...
and for the snacks, you should have gotten a program in your starter pack and there is a good section in there on snack combinations! :)I have 1/2 cup mixed berries with natural yoghurt and it is lovely!Sorry I couldnt answer all of your questions, but I hope I was of some help :)Tahnee :)

welcome to cs becca ,this diet does work once you stick to it
you can do this just think of all the lovely clothes you will be able to wear without worryin if they cover ye up
do this once and for all dont leave it for years and maybe stones more
its the best decision you have made,get that weight off and you will be so much happier in yourself

I wasn't sure how much water to put in. On my second day, and this website is great, so much better than going to a weekly meet and the usual boring claps and weigh ins. Its good to see all different ages and weightloss success stories. I have tried lots of different diets, and this looks the best one as combination of healthy eating and shakes.
the diet does work and is easy to do , i find my self checking the amount of carbs in everythin now lol
this sites good also celb slim has a page on facebook which is good for advice.
keep it up and soon ul be the weight u want xxx
Hiya well could not resist a naughty weigh in and I am now 7 pounds lighter 2 days prior to first week weigh in. All your comments are a great inspiration and I am on a mission full of positivity that this will be the one to work after years of trying so hard, this is by far the most easiest plan ever to follow. The docs should do scripts for this, they would save a fortune on health care. Good luck and keep up the good work, your lovely outfits are waiting to be chose from Chrimbo x
