Hello everyone, I'm wondering if anyone can help me, last week I bought a 7 day supply of the chocolate orange shakes (as I love terrys I thought it was a good choice). However after drinking a sachet and then baking one I really don't like the taste at all :( I wondered if anyone may have a flavour they can't get along with and may want to swap?? Or any of the meal bars they may wish to exchange?? I live in South Yorkshire so unless you live closely I thought I could use the postal service?? I hope this doesn't sound cheeky but I'm being genuine and I thought there maybe someone in the same situation as me and thought we could help each other out :) :) :) Hope everyones diet is going well, Love Amy x X x

I personally think they're all gross!hahah!i hold my nose and down in one! Choc was is horrible, vanilla, mint, cookies and cream they,re all not nice! Dont know where they get delicious from!good luck!

Yep same here! I have choc orange too. Has anybody found any that don't have that weird smell/taste? Don't want to waste anymore money on another one I'm not going to like.

that will be why they are on special at Rowlands!!  Try adding loads of ice before you shake it up like mad they all taste much better ice cold and frothy xx

Hey girlies I'm glad it's not just me who doesn't like them :) Thanks for replies Kim and Emily - I dont mind any of the ones you mention Kim but i would say delicious!!! A mcdonalds shake is far more delicious too bad there not in the allowed section :) Love2bslim I don't mind the strawberry ones there the best for me tho I've heard there is a mew style shaker out so I'm going to buy one as I think choc, forest fruits etc aren't too bad just gritty?! Has anyone got one and are they better at mixing??? Found a good snack today- sugar free jelly has 0.4 per 100grams of carbs so that will be a welcome snack instead of an apple :) Keep going ladies :) x X x

Galaxy - Is that the ready made tubs of jelly?

I had the choc orange yesterday, a friend got a box free at Rowlands and does not like them.  I thought they tasted like the chocolate ones, with a funny taste but I just drink quickly through a straw.

 

I have been doing this now since Monday when I will weigh myself again.  My clothes feel a lot looser.

 

I don't mind the choc fudge meal replacement bars but I thought the chocolate caramel meal replacement bar was horrible.  I forced it down cos I was at work with nothing else to eat.  I'm glad I only picked up 2 of that flavour

Hello, Kim I've tried and it's like tequila for me- the slightest smell makes me want to be sick :( the good thing is that then I'm put off having anything :) Wendy it's the no sugar hartleys jelly - it comes in a pot and is 3 calories and 0.04grams of carbs. Last night for my pudding I had the jelly with strawberrys and a dash of cream (elmlea double is only just over 4grams of carbs per 100grams). Felt like a proper pudding and I was cheating... But I wasn't :) Where does everyone buy CS from?? Except for rowlands does anyone know of any offers??? Hope your all ok and diets going well. I've lost 8lbs in 10 days so 6 more and I'll hit 13 stone :) Love Amy x X x P.s cheese filling for sandwiches is only 4.2 grams carbs per 100grams so makes salad amazing :) Anyone found a brill food thats low carb?? x X x

Ha I love tequila :) I was grossed out by the Choc Orange but im actually liking it now.

Im rubbish with snacks - I did not like the CS snack bars they made me bloated.

All I eat for snack is 1/2 a grapefruit twice a day or 3 sticks of celery - I never know what to have!
