Hi Rachel,
You will be just fine. Just remember to drink at least 2 litres of water a day. I tend to fill a jug and put it on my desk at work to make sure that I drink lots. You will prob feel hungry and a little headachey for a few days but believe me, by the 2nd week it all goes. I'm on my 3rd week now nd have lost 1 stone 4 pounds and I feel amazing. Just don't forget to eat 6 times a day and drink, drink, drink. I still have a chinese takeaway on a Saturday, usually mushroom foo yung with beansprouts and a pot of curry sauce and wine of course ha ha. that way you feel a bit naughty but aren't.
I have been quite lucky I think as I haven't craved any carbs as yet.
Keep your chin up, you will soon feel amazing and your self confidence will soar.
