My head is battered, I am having soooo many people tell me different things are wrong etc, I go Ab Attack monday and than straight after body pump with is high impact aerobics with light weights, I do zumba tuesday, wednesday is body combat like martial arts aerobics, zumba thursday, friday I have a break and sat/sun I go gym, some people are telling me if I do ab attack I wont lose weight I will just have a big lump on my stomach, others are saying zumba is a waste of time, If I want to lose weight I should be doing hard workout on treadmill and strider and doing reps with low weights, Im just loosing the will to do this programme now as Im not loosing much weight at all, Ive gone from sitting on my fat arse to doing exercise 6 times per week, and I dont know where im going wrong
Hiya what's a day's food diary like, r u drinking loads of water to flush it all away. How much do u have to lose, maybe try swapping mealtimes around & try eating lots of different food to usual that usually gets things moving, eat 'clean' foods ie non processed food as much as u can. Maybe trying new classes so yr body gets a new challenge. I've just finished my 1st week on cs & lost 6 lbs now down to 8st 12, I did Legs, Bums & Tums then Body Combat on Mon, Ex Bike Tuesday, Wed had music concert so didn't do any exercise, Body Combat on Thursday, Fatburners on fri, Body Combat & then Gym on Saturday, decided to have sunday off, usually do Body Combat on sunday too!!. I usually burn about 500-600 cals in body combat, 350-400 ex-bike, 450-500 Fatburners, & 300-350 in the gym. I used to do zumba & body pump but would only burn 200-300 cals & never felt like I had a really good workout. Body Attack is the best cal burner at 700ish cals in an hour then Body Combat. Love the drummer boy track in combat!! I don't think you'll be left with a fat tum if u carry on with combat the ab track at the end always kills me!! I think the treadmill & rower is the best thing for burning cals in the gym, it really sounds to me like u are giving yr body a total workout with all the different stuff u r doing anyway, maybe yr weight loss will show up next week this usually happens quite alot.
Any exercise is good exercise and it seems youre doing quite a variety of things whih is good because it keeps your body guessing!
Make sure you are having your 2 shakes and eating all your snacks spaced at even intervals of 2-3 hours and are having a balanced evening meal.
Double check that youre eating the right snacks <10g per 100g carbs and that your snack portions of things such as proteins are not too big.
Due to the amount of exercise youre doing you need to drink well in excess of 2 litres a day to flush out all the toxins youre producing!
Also i wonder how long you have been on CS yourbody is at least 1-2 weeks behind you so it may be that the rewards are to come, if you give up too early you will undo all your hard work!
If youre still struggling consider booking in with a consultant at your local pharmacy! above all else dont give up! it works i promise you! i lost 2 stone last year, it wasnt easy and plenty of times i gave up and tripped up. but it did come off!
