just wondering if anybody else can help me i wanted to know when you have the shakes should you be having your snack after them or should you be waiting a while only new at this ???????????
In theory, you should have your shake and 2-3 hours after have a snack. My day goes like this:
7.30am - Shake
10am - Snack
12pm - Shake
3pm - Snack
6pm Tea
Ths snacks are there for hunger really. I usually only have 1 or 2 now, but continue to drink your water throughout the day.

Since the end of September, but i stayed the same for 3 weeks, had xmas off and i am also on medication that can cause weight gain, so mine is slower.
How about you?
today is day 1 just had my 1st shake banana! i was ok no complaints do you know where i can get some meal ideas?
I had a forum with recipes, give me your email and ill send you what i have. All you need really is a one 3rd protein and two 3rds veg. That's what i did before i found the recipes.
So, steak and veggies, or chicken and salad etc
im really bad at laying my day out like that lost 2lb in two days atm but periods started so expecting a lil gain tbh ... but i wud have my shake in the morning and wud find im still trying to drink it an hour later lol so then i dont have my snack
