i need some slimming buddys im 17 stone 13 lb now and was 20 stone 3 lb when i started im not tecnically doing the diet as i dont have shakes and just have a small meal instead but i dont eat carbs so very similar ... i just couldnt do the shakes anymore what im looking is someone in the same boat as me with alot to loose as its very easy to fall of the wagon when ur on a diet for a long time =( my weddings in july but i doubt ill loose much more before then but as long as its coming of im happy =D

yea thats what really annoys me when you see people going oh im so fat im 10 stone and want to be 9 again ahhh ! i had problems with my pelvic bones when i was pregnant and couldnt walk very far and the weight just piled on i would be happy to be a size 16 =D i wanna loose weight but still keep my curves .. only dogs love bones =P
and yes i know my son will benifit greatly from me looseing weight hes a major part of my determination also the utter shock at having to ask for a seatbelt extension in january when flying from kenya back home =0 basically what i needed thou spent a week crying then decided hey im going to loose it !

Hello everyone I have a lot of weight to lose. I started last week and so far everything is ok, I am suffering from cravings badly though. I am just under 19 stone and my main goal is to get to a weight that I am happy with. I just want to be confident and feel better about myself. I wish everyone the best of luck on their weight loss journey. Does anyone have any tips to calm down cravings.
dont loose hope it can be done i started this diet plan in august last yr i had a ton of weight to loose and thought id only loose a couple of stone like id normaly do on any diet id tryed over the yrs.
but im still here and ive lost da da da da!!!! a whopping 7st 10lb yes really i started at 22st and a size 26/24 now im a 18 top and a 16 bottom and yes to the out side world im still not '' slim'' but to me and my family im skinny now!!
im going to continue antill im a size 14 which i know i now can do, theres no magic tricks to loosing weight its hard work but if i can do it you can, dont give up, take it one day at a time dont beat your self up if you reach for that bar of choc and think sod it ive blown my diet and stuff your self, just say ok i did that today but tomorrow i wont and move on. dont give up over a tiny slip.

Wow mazza thats incredible!!! you must be so proud. Did are you doing lots of exercise.I just dont have time for itMy down fall is booze at weekends. Durring week at work too busy to eat.I think your right about when you slip not beating yourself up.
Missymo don't be too hard on yourself bless you trying to give up smoking and doing this. keep looking at teh big picture when you have accomplished all this physicaly and emotionaly you will be ready to take on any challenge life throws at you. I completely addmire you for the changes you are making.

cheryl at first i didnt excercise but after i lost a few stone i brought a tread mill [which i use in the morning, and again in the afternoon] and then a bike which i peddle on while watching tv. i also walk every were, and a good tip if you have to take a few things up stairs take them one by one, daft thing to do mybe but its extra excercise!!
i do have a few drinks at the wk end but i make sure i have diet mixers in my voddie i also have the odd sunday off, i dont go mad and i stay carb free it makes me feel like im treating my self .
