Evening!! I want to do CS but wonder how people find it for weight loss in comparision to a general low carb diet?? I appreciate there are pros and cons for each - ease of CS, and 'eating' more on general low carb. Just wondered how people felt the weight loss compared??

there is no real difference, i just find it easier having a shake all measured out........think most people would be the same, for example some people dont realise that there are carbs in most things, such as fruit and veg and u need to limit it to under 100g per day to make it beneficial to lose weight, if u do the Atkins plan thats quite strick and then u have the awful symptoms such as bad breath and tiredness which isnt as bad as CS as ur just limiting ur intake of carbs until u reach goal weight, then slowly increase them again
