Hello everyone

I though I'd say a quick hello as I'm hoping to use the forums a lot for recipes/support/motivation (I can't cheat if I have to confess all later!)

I'm on day 5 of Celebrity Slim and feeling great, the plan seems to be working for me.

I've tried the usual WW & SW, but found that they didn't differ too much from what I'd normally eat so didn't see any significant results. I've always filled up on potato/pasta/rice which I think has been my downfall!

Looking forward to getting to know you all and to shifting this extra 2 stone once and for all!

Michelle X

Hi there, I am starting today and am praying this works for me. After having my little boy 13 months ago I lost al, the weight but now am back to the weight I was while pregnant. It's getting me down so much and I just hope that I can shift the weight in time for my holiday in 7 weeks and my university graduation in July. Any help/tips/motivation will be very welcome. :)

Thanks Loobylou211, knowing I have support on here is great as my partner just doesnt get it!!!! :)

well, a quick update, day one is nearly over and i feel great that i havent been hungry all day.  I had two shakes, one apple, 1/2 a CS chocolate fudge bar and slow cooked chicken with broccoli for dinner.  I am going to have 30g of almonds for a snack before bed and looking forward to tomorrow.

(as a side note as well I havent had heart burn at all today which is what i was used to having to eat all them carbs on SW!!!! :)

would really like to stay in touch with people on this for motivation!!

xx

My boyfriend's exaclty the same SusieNI - I'm hoping he'll forget about his objections if the weight-loss becomes noticable!

I'm new to this too, and will also need to stay motivated - good luck to you :)

Hi all, I think Michelle's idea of telling everyone how you are doing so you dont cheat is a good plan! So far I am only on day 4 but I think I'm doing surprisingly well (I've never been able to stick to a diet before!). Unfortunately I don't have any scales as Im over in Australia for a month and a half with work, but I think already I'm starting to look a bit slimmer. I am also going to boxing classes 3 times a week (and have been for about a month) so hopefully that is firming me up a bit!! I have been told I should have more protein after I finish the class so tend to save my lunchtime shake until after the class, but I wonder if it would be ok to have something else like tuna or an egg after just to make sure that my muscles have enough protein after a work out. What do you think? Thanks, Jo

I would have a bit of protein after the class, count it as a snack
