If I stick to my programme how much weight could I lose in six weeks?
It's hard to tell? Depends how much you have to lose, how well you stick to the diet...what are you wanting to lose?
To have a healthy BMI I need to lose 2stone 1lbs, I have been on the diet for one week now and have lost 9lbs (I know I will lose more in the first week). Therefore I still need to lose 1 stone 6lbs. During the week I have stuck to my diet well and not had anything outwith what I am allowed.
After the first week, the average loss is between 1-3lbs.
OK well hopefully I can keep on track and finally be thin!! :)
