Looks like this week i am staying the same again!  Everytime i am a pound off a stone, i stop! haha But i think this is partly my fault, as at the weekend i didnt swap my meals around so my body looks like it has got used to routine again.


This weekend my plan is to have a breakfast on saturday and a lunch on sunday to kick it back to losing.


Hopefully by monday i will have lost that pesky pound!!! :)

Is it recommended to swap meals around? Cos I usually have mine at dinner.

@Kmyoung, no i don't at the min.  I usually swim but with it being winter just gone and having a tattoo 2 weeks ago, ive not been able to.  By next week i should be ok to go swimming.  Its the only exercise i enjoy.


@cs2012, you can have your main meal when ever you like, but when you stay the same, its recommended to swap them round, even if its just the weeked, as your body gets used to routine and the weight slows down. x

frustrating eh girlie?  Ur doing so well too.......keep at it..........i have that all the time, lose weight, stay the same for 2-3 weeks, lose weight.....stay the same 2-3 weeks........ive moved my meals around without success but i tried capsicum ( chilli) capsules and so far ive been losing weight every week since taking them........having better results than with the CS weight management tablets and they are cheaper too.............


DONT GIVE UP.............think BABY xx

slows down . Lets be honest , it just stops. I haven't shifted a single pound since christmas- actually I was still losing in the first week of january. I am being so 'good' and am not even doing maintenance.half a poattoe passed my lips a week ago - first time since November. I drink - LOADS of herbal teas,lemon water,fizzy water and practice low fat/carb on my snacks, which are a piece of fruit or a small handful of walnuts.. I have 1 shake , 1 x soup, 1 x snack - occasionally 2 and dont drink all week, infact my job doesn't allow me to, so wine maybe once a week. Meal is usually allowable salad with low fat protein. Tonight anchovie and egg salad. Tomorrow lean ham and salad.


   I have just purchased a heap more gear and am determined to make it work and reach my target, but really feel as if I've stopped. I havent tried the meal swap, as my job involves sharing a meal with children once a day in the evening. Failing that I will try 'coming off' - sensibly for a couple of days and then going back on.


I am pleased with what I've lost and am no longer technically overweight and my bmi is good, but I really feel the need to lose JUST those extra 7lbs because I  currently have no margin to play with. On the plus side , I really haven't felt hungry the entire time, nor craved. Although hubbys kettle chips - just the smell have been a real test of my determination - but I've managed to avoid.Sorry to vent, you know how it is , still, onwards and upwards.

Just wanted to say, lots of herbal teas contain caffeine.....and we cant have no more than 3 per day ......this is because caffeine can cause dehydration and slow weight loss.......i was drinking loads of green tea thinking it was doing me good and i called the helpline and found out it was probably causing my slow down of weight.........so bear that in mind.....


Ive also read that fizzy water can slow down weight loss too...........


 


Keep at it though.......how much weight have u lost to day?  and how long has it taken you?

Arr yeh i am not giving up like, just letting everyone know it is normal and it does happen.


I think i will start swimming again next week, so that may help.  I am really good with my routine and don't stray to temptation, but everyone is different and bodies react differently.  I only have 1 snack too, and drink all herbal.  I have cut down my chai latte's from starbucks since i found out the sugar content, so i dont think that has helped.  Only 1 a week as a treat. 


Hubby who is also doing CS is very naughty, he had an ice cream from the ice cream van last night and i wasnt the slightest bit tempted.  I think it is a lack of exercise for me now.


Vent away, that's what this forum is for...


My future baby is my motivation, that will be the only thing that will make me quit CS (as you can't be on it when preggers haha).  ;)

i think a bit of exercise does help, and tone up. i use my bike to go every where. i am going to end up with rugby players legs tho lol x
